Bonnie Cech

Bonnie Cech, founder of Cech Systems, Inc., has served on the front lines of clinic and hospital administration for 25 years. Her business insights, offered with wit and perception, have helped a variety of medical practices with strategic planning, business analysis, and management systems implementation. She is recognized as a hands-on, proactive leader who can rapidly identify problems and opportunities, formulate action plans, and initiate positive change in challenging and diverse environments.

Because of her years of experience in health care, Bonnie understands the ins and outs of physician group practice.
