What Our Clients Say

"We all practice differently ...Cech Systems helped make our processes more uniform. My productivity has gone way up. Cech Systems also helped re-organize the office so if my nurse is out, it's not the end of the world because the other staff members are doing things the same way. There's much more flexibility because of standardization. The morale in the office is much better as the staff jobs/roles are better defined."

"I found it eye-opening and refreshing. It is a team building process; the staff felt valued and rewarded by the experience"

The People

Practice Improvement System

The People

Effective Organizational Development

Symptoms: Your clinic's status quo is not producing desirable results, but people remain largely resistant to change. Some process improvements were implemented, but when the improvement team finished, people returned to old habits and lapsed back into business as usual.

Remedy: CxInSight People

Outcome: The clinic commits to achieving and sustaining systems-level improvement in its core business. Leaders understand their role in supporting and championing the change process. Management systems and support structures are redefined to ensure long-term success, and everyone in the organization feels aligned and empowered to implement effective change.

People at a table talking

System-wide change is not easy. Widespread commitment and ongoing attention are required to execute the process effectively. Fortunately CxInSight People enables and enhances commitment and attention to system-wide change. Incorporating the Goal, Process, and Metrics, our organizational change and development program is designed to teach people how to run the systems that produce the results they want. It includes:

  • Training and education for all people in the organization
  • Change management and oversight
  • Performance-based rewards

Education

CxInSight People goes beyond training in improvement tools or change techniques. It is an organization-wide education effort to clarify the improvement goal, process and measures. Our goal is to provide a common improvement language and build internal knowledge and capability to sustain improvements for the long run. Our program includes focused presentations, on-site classroom training and one-on-one coaching - all tailored to meet the clinic's specific needs.

Oversight

Sustaining long term improvements requires continuous commitment to the rigors of the system, and ongoing oversight by leadership. To accomplish these objectives, we developed tools to monitor implementation status and reports to show progress toward achieving/sustaining improvement goals. Through our approach to oversight, we help clinics maintain a "system of learning" for leaders and practice managers, as well as physicians and staff. Learning from one another promotes a healthy improvement environment (culture), which further supports the clinic's ability to sustain improvements.

Performance Rewards

Another benefit of implementing CxInSight is that it provides concrete measures that serve as the basis for performance-based incentives. Too often, we find that front-line staff and practice managers focus on and are judged by abstract measures when it comes to review and compensation. With CxInSight People in place, a clinic can align performance incentives with the improvement objectives, so line managers and staff have direct incentives and clear measures to continuously improve processes and sustain improvement results.
